At Ruiru Mabati Factory, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We ensure all our roofing sheets and accessories are KEBS-certified, durable, and carefully inspected before delivery.
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Customized or cut-to-size mabati sheets cannot be refunded.
Sale or clearance items are final sale.
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery are not eligible.
3. Exchange Policy
Defective or incorrect products may be exchanged at no extra cost.
Exchanges will only be made after inspection and confirmation by our quality control team.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please report it within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for replacement or refund.
