At Ruiru Mabati Factory, we are committed to ensuring that your roofing sheets and accessories are delivered safely and on time to your preferred location anywhere in Kenya.
1. Delivery Timelines
Nairobi & Central Kenya: 24–48 hours
Rift Valley, Western, Nyanza & Coast: 2–4 working days
Remote & upcountry areas: 3–5 working days
Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability and order volume.
2. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all 47 counties in Kenya including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Meru, Machakos, and beyond.
For remote areas, deliveries may take longer and additional arrangements may apply.
3. Shipping Costs
Free delivery is available for bulk orders (conditions apply).
Smaller orders may attract delivery charges depending on distance and quantity.
Any applicable delivery fees will be communicated clearly before dispatch.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment (or agreed deposit) is confirmed.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays.
In case of any delays, our team will notify you promptly.
5. Risk & Responsibility
Once the order is delivered and signed for, the responsibility for safe storage and installation passes to the customer.
Ruiru Mabati Factory is not liable for damages caused after delivery, including poor handling, offloading errors, or improper installation.
6. Delivery Issues & Support
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for replacement, exchange, or refund as per our Refund Policy.
