2. Ordering & Payment
Orders may be placed through our website, phone, or authorized sales agents.
Full payment or an agreed deposit must be made before processing and delivery.
We accept cash, mobile money (M-Pesa), bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice.
3. Delivery
We deliver nationwide within 24–72 hours in major towns and up to 5 days in remote areas.
Free delivery is available on bulk orders (conditions may apply).
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Ruiru Mabati Factory is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Product Warranty & Liability
All our mabati sheets are KEBS-certified and meet Kenyan quality standards.
Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damages caused by mishandling, improper installation, or natural wear and tear.
We shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use.
5. Refunds & Returns
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy.
Customized or cut-to-size sheets are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
